Delegates are required to listen carefully and respectfully to others' thoughts and opinions, even if they disagree.

Delegates must be on time for all sessions and events. If you are late or absent, please notify the Secretariat or your Chair and explain your absence or delay.

Note-passing should only be used for conference-related interaction. We will not tolerate inappropriate notes.

The use of devices is restricted to speech writing and resolution drafting only. Personal use of devices is not permitted. The usage of AI technologies during sessions is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

Delegates shall care for and respect the location, including all facilities and equipment, and keep the school surroundings clean.

Furniture and appliances must not be mistreated. Delegates caught scribbling/doodling on tables or chairs will be asked to leave the conference immediately.

Delegates must respect and preserve the committee's decorum during both formal and informal debates. Any indiscipline or undiplomatic behavior will not be accepted.

The Secretariat has the authority to disqualify delegates for unacceptable behavior, such as vulgar language, rude gestures, aggressive behavior, and insulting critiques, whether in or out of committee sessions.
