Hi everyone.
My name is Irina, and it is my esteemed honor to serve as your president for HSC at this years CANMUN. I'm currently a 9th grader attending the International School of Beijing. Participating in MUN has been one of the best decisions I have ever made; it has truly transformed me into a more knowledgeable and confident person while allowing me to gain many new friendships. It is my sincere hope that you all experience similar growth through CANMUN and HSC, along with an enjoyable time. Do research, learn your country stance, and get ready to alter some history.

Hello everyone!
I’m Gillian, a freshman at the International School of Beijing, and I’m honored to serve as your Deputy President for the Historical Security Council at CANMUN. Over my 13 conferences, one constant has been the incredible people I’ve met, each adding a unique touch and making every conference so so special and unforgettable.
I’d also like to iterate the significance of the Historical Security Council, as by learning from the past, we can avoid repeating mistakes and pave the way for a better future.
